Exercises for you to see, that follow the guidelines of the American
College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG).
The following exercises are safe to
implement throughout your entire pregnancy, and will help you build
strength, and stamina for labor as well as to tone your abs, hips, and
legs and to strengthen your back for the post-partum period.

only a few samples of the variety of exercises that can be done
throughout pregnancy and beyond. If you are expecting, remember to seek advice from
